1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, the United States, Ireland, France, Australia and Denmark. All orders are delivered directly to the customer's provided shipping address.
2. Shipping Costs
All orders: Free shipping within the United Kingdom, the United States, Ireland, France, Australia and Denmark.
VAT/Sales Tax: Included in all displayed prices
No additional shipping fees or hidden charges will apply
3. Order Cut-Off Time
- 5:00 PM GMT London/Dublin (United Kingdom & Ireland)
- 6:00 PM CET Paris (France)
- 6:00 PM CET Copenhagen (Denmark)
- 12:00 PM EST New York (the United States)
- 4:00 AM AEDT Australia (Australia)
Orders placed before your local cut-off time (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on UK, US, IE, FR, AU or DK public holidays are processed the next working day.
4. Order Processing Time
Handling time: 1–3 business days
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday through Friday.
5. Delivery Time
Transit time: 4–7 business days after dispatch
Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date of order.
6. Shipping Carriers
We use reliable delivery services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The courier is selected based on your location to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.
7. Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

8. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt a redelivery or leave your parcel at a designated pickup point.
9. Incorrect Shipping Details
It is your responsibility to enter accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund, minus return shipping where applicable.
If a parcel is returned or lost due to customer error, reshipping will require additional payment.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We’re committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@hom-ember.co.uk. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After verification, we will first send a free replacement for the affected item.
If the same issue occurs a second time, we will then initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
The item must remain unused and include all original packaging and accessories.
11. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is not delivered within 60 days from the shipping date, it is considered lost.
Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date to start an investigation.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund.
